1. Make the check payable to Georgia State University Foundation, Inc.
2. Put the following on the memo line:

3. Mail the check to:

Gift by Card
1. Click on the “Find My Fund” button and
2. Enter The Lee Project” in the Fund Description Dialog Box then
3. Click on The Lee Endowed Scholarship - 020315 hyper link
4. Select the amount of your contribution
5. Under “Additional Information” indicate:
a. If it is a one-time gift or recurring gift
b. If it is on behalf of a company
c. If it is a pledge payment
d. How the donor heard about the GSU site
6. Enter the donor’s billing information
7. Enter the credit card payment information
8. Indicate if your company will match the gift
9. If this contribution is in honor of someone, complete the tribute information, and if you wish click on the box, mail a letter on my behalf.
10. Click on the “Donate Now” button in the lower right-hand corner of the window
